STEP 1  The Client

 Choose the Apparel               Choose the Design                Pick the

  Colors/Sizes             &             Lettering                &          Locations

WHEN BROWSING FOR CUSTOM. Please note the product numbers, related color and sizes per product item that you want included as part of the Quote Submittal.

STEP 2  The Client

Once you have made your decisions Email the following.

 Product ID's (Sizes & Color)~ Design(s) ~ Lettering ~ Locations.

If you are providing your own Design or Logo for digitizing please attach your art work in one of the following formats

  JPEG, GIF, BITMAP, EPS, PDS, PDD, TIFF

If your logo is already digitized we accept the following embroidery file formats.

       .dst, .ofm .cnd. exp .fdr .fmc  .zsk  .pes

.sew  .jef  .pcs  .pcm  .csd  .hus

STEP 3 Frog Hollow

     Frog Hollow provides you a Free Quote via E-Mail or regular mail or telephone. The Quote will include any design costs and costs of items to be produced. We offer volume and club discounts.

STEP 4 The Client

    The Client reviews and approves the Quote.  Please make sure the apparel, accessories, the sizes, colors, designs, lettering, and locations are correct.

   Custom orders are non-refundable for the above factors once approved by the client.

STEP 5 Frog Hollow

  Frog Hollow produces your items as specified and sends a confirming email upon completion.
